Orders

  • Can I remove an item from my order that I have placed?

    • Yes, you may email us with your request to remove an item from your order within 48 hrs after the order is placed. We will make the changes and refund you the shipping and the price for the item you want to remove if the order has not been process for shipment.

    • If the order has already been processed for shipment, you need ship the item back to us in the unopen, unused,  and original condition for refund. Shipping fee are not refundable.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    • Yes, you email us your request to cancel your order within 48 hrs after the order is placed if the order has not been process for shipment. Your payment will be credited back to you credit card or paypal account if you paid with your paypal balance.

    • If the order has been processed for shipment, you need to refuse the package upon delivery by shipping carriers. We will issue your refund less shipping fee as soon as we receive the package in our warehouse. Please note all shipping fees are not refundable.

  • Can I change the shipment method of my order?

    • Yes, you may email us your request to change the shipping method. We will send you an invoice via paypal for shipping fee for the shipping method you want to upgrade to if your order has not been process for shipment. You may make the payment with your paypal account or if you don't have a paypal account , you may make the payment with your credit card by clicking "Don't have Paypal Account". Shipping methods can only be changed before the order has been processed for shipment.

  • Can I request for different colors or frequencies?

    • Yes, you may request for different colors that the product comes in. To do so you need to submit your request at the Comments text box at the bottom of the address verification page during the checkout process. If you forget to submit your request during the checkout process, you may email us your request, we will make the changes if the item has not been process for shipment and if the color you request for is available.

  • Can I make a purchase if I am under age of 18?

    • Hobbymega.com does not sell products for purchase by children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you purchase from  Hobbymega.com only in presence of a parent or guardian.

Shipping

Hobbymega.com can not control and will not be responsible for delay in shipping caused by shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that are beyond our control. We will do our best to make sure all products are delivered to our customers as soon as possible.

Warranty and Returns Terms and Policies

  • Store Policy:
    •  All sales are final. Sales Tax of 8.25% will be charged to all California residents, except resellers. All items carry a 30 days warranty against factory defective items unless otherwise noted. Items they worked upon arrived do not qualify as defective item. Therefore 30 days warranty will be voided upon the first use of the item. No returns or exchange after 30 days of receipt will be honored. Returns must be postmarked before the 30 days of receipt to be valid. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable. Should a replacement for a returned item not be available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications. All returned equipment must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment. To be accepted, all returned products must be conspicuously labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with a note including Order ID, reason for return, and a copy of the receipt or invoice that was emailed to you after the order was placed or you may print it out from "My Account" at hobbymega.com. Customer must pack items being returned complete, with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc., in the original condition and in the original package. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. Unauthorized and/or unmarked returns will not be honored. Hobbymega.com will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells. The item must not have any visible damage and must clearly be from manufacturing issues. Please note, attempting to return merchandise you have damaged is mail fraud and you may be subject to prosecution. Hobbymega.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • Return RMA (Defected Items) Policy:
    • RMA is for items that are defected on arrive. If the item is a defected item, Hobbymega.com apologize for the inconvenience on behalf of the manufacturer. Hobbymega.com will do all we can to assists our customers in solving problems.
    • Contact us at techsupport@hobbymega.com for RMA number. Ship the defected item back to us in the original condition for replacement.
    • In order for returned items to be accepted, all returned products must be conspicuously labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with a note including Order ID, reason for return, and a copy of the receipt or invoice that was emailed to you after the order was placed or you may print it out from "My Account" at hobbymega.com. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.
    • Items returned to us without an RMA# will not be honored and will incur a handling charge to have the items returned.
    • A returned item with damage caused by you will receive at most a 20% refund, will immediately be discarded, and you may be subject to a $30 per hour administration charge and prosecution for mail fraud.
    • The item must not have any visible damage and must clearly be from manufacturing issues. Please note, attempting to return merchandise you have damaged is mail fraud and you may be subject to prosecution.
    • Attempting to do a credit card chargeback for returns not in compliance with our policies will incur an administration fee of $50 per chargeback.
    • All return items will take from 3 to 5 business day for RMA inspection and process. After an approval from our RMA dept it will take us 2 to 3 business days to process the reshipment.
    • Buyers responsible for all return cost and hobbymega.com will reship the replacement free of charge.
